WSCB regularly undertakes case file audits which highlight a number of learning points and lessons.
The aim of all our audits is to help agencies learn lessons about how they can work better together to protect children from abuse.
The intention of our audits is to ensure that the issues identified are addressed and rectified through joint partnership work, training (both WSCB and single agency) and through single agency auditing processes in addition to monitoring by the WSCB.
The issues and points identified by the Multi-Agency Audits are the ones which are highlighted as common themes.
Current audit publications are published in the links section.
