Warrington’s Families Information Service (FIS) offers a free, impartial advice and guidance service, covering all aspects of family life. Warrington’s Local offer supports parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and young people with SEND themselves. It also provides information for professionals / practitioners working with children and young people with SEND and their families.
